Author’s Fair

Chalkwork School was buzzing with creativity and imagination during our delightful Author’s Fair and Edible Book Fair! Students had the exciting opportunity to showcase their storytelling talents by presenting their own written works, sharing ideas, and celebrating the joy of reading and writing.

Adding a delicious twist to the event, our Edible Book Fair invited students and families to design edible creations inspired by their favourite books and stories. From colourful characters to tasty story scenes, the creativity on display was truly inspiring (and very tempting!).

Events like these remind us that stories can come alive in many wonderful ways — through words, art, and even food. A big thank you to our students, families, and staff who helped make the day such a memorable celebration of literacy, creativity, and community.
